In-home therapy sessions can be beneficial for both individuals and couples. By providing therapy in the familiar and intimate setting of one’s own home, I find clients can feel more at ease and able to open about their emotions and struggles. It can also be particularly helpful for couples, as they can work on their relationship dynamics within the context of their shared space. I use a combination of sound bowls, candles, and guided bodywork. These practices help clients connect with their inner selves, allowing them to become more in touch with their goals and the areas they are working on. This holistic approach to therapy can provide a deeper level of healing and self-exploration.
